Phone beside toilet?

Well, sometimes when Meme and Chloe are in their room we call them to see if they are ready. This particular night we were all in our hotel room trying to get kids settled down for bed. Timon didn't see MeMe so he tried to call her using the phone while he was on the toilet. He figured he must press the red button to make the phone work.
However, someone answered before he dialed to see if help was needed. Timon said "we don't need anything right now" and hung up phone. Then the phone rang. Meme answered it to say it was a mistake, and they said someone still had to come to room to turn off alarm.
Meanwhile, scott and ruth were in living room area unaware of anything. Then the doorbell rang and someone knocked on door. THREE official men came dressed in hotel blue blazers and secret service ear pieces. One stood guard at the door, and 2 went to bathroom to disarm the emergency assistance button. Those 2 men seem to ignore Meme washing an outfit in the sink and me bathing Chloe and Timon in the tub. Scott was still shocked and held Ruth.
